ARG Painting LLC provides professional painting and related services, including residential and commercial painting, surface preparation, and repairs (collectively, the “Services”).

3. Service Quotes and Estimates

Estimates: Any price quoted before an on-site inspection or formal agreement is an estimate only and may change based on the final scope of work, material costs, necessary repairs, or unforeseen site conditions. C. Binding Agreement: A legally binding agreement for services is only formed after the Client accepts a final written proposal provided by ARG Painting LLC.

4. Client Responsibilities

A. Access and Preparation: The Client is responsible for ensuring clear, safe, and unobstructed access to the work areas and for removing or securing personal property (furniture, valuables, wall décor, etc.) before the scheduled service date. B. Information Accuracy: The Client warrants that all information provided to ARG Painting LLC (including site conditions, property boundaries, and contact details) is accurate and complete. C. Permits: The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities in Peoria, AZ, or other jurisdictions where the service is performed, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in the written proposal.

5. Payments and Billing

A. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the final written proposal. This typically includes a deposit to secure scheduling and the balance due upon substantial completion of the work. B. Methods of Payment: We accept payment methods as specified on the invoice (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, check). C. Late Payments: Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the due date may result in suspension of any warranty, late fees, or collection efforts.

6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

A. Limited Warranty: ARG Painting LLC warrants that the Services will be performed in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with industry standards. The duration and specific coverage of the warranty on materials and labor will be detailed in the final written proposal. B. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover: * Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or abuse by the Client or third parties. * Damage caused by natural disasters, shifting of the structure, or severe weather conditions. * Normal wear and tear, fading, or peeling due to pre-existing conditions not corrected by ARG Painting LLC. C. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARG Painting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Services or the use of the website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client to ARG Painting LLC for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on the website https://argpaintingllc.com/, including all text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ARG Painting LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website or services to: A. Violate any local, state, federal, or international law. B. Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or disruptive files. C. Engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

A. Governing Law: These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. B.
